Lost Ticket
If you lost your ticket and it was purchased online through ticketweb, you can look up your order number via ticketweb. If you bought it from Boo Boo Records, you will need to contact them directly.
Moshing
SLO Brew has a zero-tolerance policy for moshing, crowd surfing, or standing on the chairs at shows. Ticketholders involved in any of these activities will be escorted out of the venue.
ATM
We do not have an ATM on property but we do take all major credit / debit cards, apple pay and cash.
Accessibility
SLO Brew Rock’s main performance area is an open room accessible to all. There is no separate ticket purchasing option. If you have questions or need our attention to personally accommodate your needs, purchase a GA ticket and call the venue office directly at (805) 543-1843. We do not hold an allotment for patrons with disabilities. Please email us at music@slobrew.com so we can help you with any other ADA info.
Will Call
The events center Will Call Box Office is a free standing table , located at the front of the venue, directly in front of the doors to the theater. Any House Staff or Security Guard can direct you.
Smoking
SLO Brew has a firm NO SMOKING policy and does not allow smoking or vaping of any kind inside the venue. According to local law, we ask that ticket holders smoke at least 25 feet from the venue.
Entry
For everyone’s safety, guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening, subject to artist and management discretion. Some examples of items that are not allowed include: weapons, sharp or dangerous items, large markers, food, beverages, drugs, wallet chains, mace, stickers, flyers or multiples of items intended for resale or distribution, cameras, video/audio recorders, etc. This list is subject to change show by show, or at the performer’s request.
Please note: the audio recording and camera policy frequently changes based on the preference of the artist. Many performers allow small personal pocket cameras but require a press pass for professional gear. Video is never allowed.
Re-Entry
Re-Entry is permitted for most shows, but not all.
Please confirm with security the policy for the show you are at.
Alcohol
To purchase alcoholic beverages, patrons must present valid government-issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age. (United States-issued ID card/drivers license or passport only. No exceptions.)
Age Requirements
Shows at SLO Brew are 18+ unless otherwise stated.
Please view the website and ticketing pages to understand the age requirement before purchasing a ticket as all purchases are final and tickets are non-refundable.
Please have your Driver License, Military ID, Student ID, or other proof of ID with you for shows with Age Requirements.

Door Times
Doors open at 7pm for all our our shows in the Events Center. Will call / Box office will open at 6:30.
Capacity / Seating
We are a 500 capacity standing room only venue. Specific shows may be seated and will be specified on our event page or at point of sale. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate chairs to attendees unless notified in advance for reasons of health, etc.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in the event of a cancellation. No exchanges. In the event of a cancellation, all refunds will be given at the original place of purchase. Tickets purchased via phone or internet will be automatically refunded.
